Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," "your") and RAM Executive LLC ("Company," "we," "us," "our") governing all reservations, transportation services, and related transactions. By booking, paying, or using our services in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not proceed with a booking.

1. Reservations & Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed by text or email within 5 minutes of submission during operating hours. A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from RAM Executive. Reservations made within 2 hours of pickup are subject to availability and may not be guaranteed. RAM Executive reserves the right to decline any reservation at its discretion.

You are responsible for providing accurate pickup address, drop-off address, date, time, flight number (where applicable), and passenger count. RAM Executive is not liable for service failures resulting from inaccurate information provided at booking.

2. Pricing & Payment

All fares are flat-rate and fixed at the time of booking. The quoted price includes the chauffeur, vehicle, fuel, tolls, taxes, and a 20% gratuity automatically included in every fare and distributed in full to your chauffeur. No additional fees will be charged except as described in these Terms (see Cancellations, Wait Time, and Damages).

For online bookings, your card is authorized at the time of booking and charged upon completion of the ride, or at the time of booking where advance payment is selected. For corporate accounts with Net-30 billing, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Overdue invoices accrue interest at 1.5% per month.

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By providing payment information, you authorize RAM Executive to charge the full fare, and any applicable fees described in these Terms, to your payment method on file.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

More than 24 hours before pickup: Full cancellation at no charge.

24 to 4 hours before pickup: 50% of the total fare will be charged.

Less than 4 hours before pickup: 100% of the total fare will be charged.

No-show: If the client cannot be located within the complimentary wait period and does not contact us, the booking is treated as a no-show and 100% of the fare is charged.

Flight delays and disruptions: For airport transfers, no cancellation or delay fees apply when the cause is a documented flight delay, cancellation, or air traffic disruption. Your chauffeur will monitor your flight in real time and adjust automatically.

RAM Executive cancellations: In the rare event we must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control (severe weather, vehicle emergency, force majeure), you will receive a full refund. Our liability in such cases is limited to the refund of amounts paid.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Wait Time

For airport arrivals, 30 minutes of complimentary wait time is included on domestic flights and 60 minutes on international arrivals, measured from the actual wheels- down time. For all other pickups, 15 minutes of complimentary wait time is included from the scheduled pickup time. Wait time beyond the complimentary period is billed at the applicable hourly rate, prorated per minute.

5. Conduct & Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner. RAM Executive reserves the right to terminate any ride without refund if a passenger engages in threatening, abusive, or illegal behavior toward the chauffeur or any other person.

Smoking, vaping, and the consumption of illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles at all times. Alcohol consumption is permitted only where lawful and only in vehicles where it has been expressly pre-arranged.

Seatbelts must be worn at all times. Passengers traveling with children are responsible for providing appropriate child safety seats and ensuring compliance with applicable state laws. RAM Executive does not provide child safety seats unless expressly arranged in advance.

6. Damages & Cleaning Fees

Passengers are financially responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle interior during their ride, including but not limited to spills, staining, vomiting, and physical damage to upholstery, fixtures, or equipment. Cleaning and repair fees will be charged to the payment method on file as follows:

Minor cleaning (spills, soiling): $250 – $350

Deep cleaning or biohazard (vomiting, severe soiling): $350 – $500

Physical damage to vehicle: Actual cost of repair, as documented by the repair facility.

Damage fees are non-negotiable and will be charged without additional notice. We will provide photographic documentation of all damage upon request.

7. Insurance & Liability

RAM Executive carries commercial automobile insurance meeting or exceeding all applicable state and federal requirements for chauffeured transportation in New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RAM Executive's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with a reservation or ride is limited to the total fare paid for that specific ride. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to lost profits, missed flights, missed meetings, or losses arising from delays caused by traffic, weather, acts of God, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Lost Property

RAM Executive is not liable for personal items left in our vehicles. If you believe you have left an item, contact us immediately at info@ramexecutive.com or +1 (908) 365-0050. We will make reasonable efforts to locate and return found items. A delivery fee may apply for the return of recovered property.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By booking with us, you confirm you have read and accepted our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved first through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Somerset County, New Jersey, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

By accepting these Terms, you waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against RAM Executive.

11. Changes to These Terms

RAM Executive reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For bookings already confirmed prior to a change, the Terms in effect at the time of booking apply.
