By booking RAM Executive, you accept these terms.
All bookings are confirmed by text or email within 5 minutes. Reservations made within 2 hours of pickup are subject to availability.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours prior to pickup. 24–4 hours: 50% charge. Less than 4 hours: full charge. Flight delays/disruptions: no charge.
Card on file is authorized at booking and charged after the ride is completed. Gratuity (20%) is automatically included and distributed to your chauffeur.
Passengers are responsible for damage caused to vehicle interiors (spills, vomit, smoking). Cleaning fees of $250–$500 may apply.
RAM Executive carries commercial auto insurance meeting all state and federal requirements. Our liability is limited to the cost of the ride and per applicable insurance.
