Reservation details (name, phone, email, pickup/drop-off, date, vehicle preference). Communication records (calls, texts, emails). Payment information (processed by our payment processor — we do not store card numbers).
To dispatch chauffeurs, confirm reservations, process billing, and respond to inquiries. To occasionally send service updates and offers (you may opt out anytime).
We share information with our chauffeurs (only what they need to complete your ride) and with payment processors. We do not sell your data.
