Information you provide directly: Full name, company name, email address, phone number, pickup and drop-off addresses, date and time, flight number, vehicle preference, special instructions, and billing name and address. Card numbers are processed directly by Stripe — we never store, see, or have access to raw payment credentials.
Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, time on site, referral source, and cookie data including session, analytics, and preference cookies.
Information from third parties: We may receive information from payment processors, booking platforms, or business partners who refer clients to us.
Service delivery: To dispatch chauffeurs, track flights, confirm bookings, process payments, and provide the transportation service you reserved.
Communications: To send booking confirmations, receipts, chauffeur details, and respond to inquiries or support requests.
Safety & operations: To verify identity, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and maintain the security of our systems and clients.
Legal compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, court orders, or governmental requests.
Marketing (with consent): To send promotional offers or service announcements. You may opt out at any time by emailing info@ramexecutive.com or clicking "unsubscribe" in any marketing email.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
All payment transactions are processed through Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. RAM Executive does not store, transmit, or have access to full credit card numbers, CVV codes, or raw payment credentials at any time. In the event of a data breach involving our systems, no payment card data would be at risk.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only as follows:
Chauffeurs: Pickup name, location, flight info, and special notes — limited strictly to what is necessary to complete your ride.
Stripe, Inc.: For payment processing only. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant and governed by its own privacy policy.
Cloud and IT providers: Hosting, email, and CRM infrastructure providers who are bound by data processing agreements and may not use your data for any other purpose.
Law enforcement or courts: Only when required by law, subpoena, or valid court order.
Business successors: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, you will be notified in advance.
Reservation and payment records are retained for 7 years to comply with IRS and financial regulations. Communication records are retained for 3 years. Marketing consent records are retained until opt-out plus one year. After applicable retention periods, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
We use essential cookies required for site functionality, analytics cookies to measure traffic and page performance, preference cookies to save your form inputs, and marketing cookies for retargeting (e.g., Google Ads). You may disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings. Doing so will not affect your ability to make a reservation.

We process your data on the legal bases of contract performance, legal obligation, legitimate interests, and consent where applicable. We will respond to verified requests within 30 days.
RAM Executive is based in the United States. If you are located outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US. For transfers from the EEA or UK, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, please contact us immediately and we will delete it promptly.
We implement SSL/TLS encryption on all web traffic, PCI-DSS compliant payment processing via Stripe, and access controls limiting data to authorized personnel only. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take every reasonable precaution to protect your information.
Our website may contain links to third-party services such as Google Maps or WhatsApp. This policy does not apply to those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you visit.
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date below.
