Our Commitment to Transparent and Fair Service

At RAM Executive, we invest significant resources into every booking — including chauffeur scheduling, vehicle preparation, fuel, route planning, and administrative coordination. Our policy exists to protect the integrity of our service and ensure that every client, driver, and booking is handled fairly and professionally. By completing a booking with RAM Executive — whether through our website, phone, email, or any third-party platform — you acknowledge and fully agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation Window: Clients may cancel their booking free of charge up to 6 hours before the scheduled pickup time. To cancel, clients must contact RAM Executive directly via phone at (908) 365-0050 or email at info@ramexecutive.com and receive a written confirmation of cancellation.

Cancellations Within 6 Hours of Scheduled Pickup: Any cancellation made within 6 hours of the scheduled pickup time will be charged 100% of the total booking amount. No exceptions. At this point, the chauffeur has been dispatched, the vehicle has been prepared, and significant operational resources have already been committed to your ride.

No-Show Policy: If a client fails to appear at the designated pickup location within the allotted wait time and does not contact RAM Executive to notify of delay or cancellation, the booking will be treated as a no-show and 100% of the fare will be charged. No refund will be issued.

Wait Time Policy:

  • Airport pickups: 45 minutes complimentary wait time after flight landing

  • All other pickups: 15 minutes complimentary wait time after scheduled pickup time

  • Additional wait time beyond complimentary period is billed at the applicable hourly rate

Refund Policy

RAM Executive operates a strict but fair refund policy designed to protect both our clients and our business operations.

Eligible for Full Refund:

  • Cancellations made more than 6 hours before scheduled pickup time

  • Service cancelled by RAM Executive due to vehicle or operational failure on our part

  • Duplicate charges caused by a billing error on our part

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Cancellations made within 6 hours of scheduled pickup time

  • No-show bookings

  • Completed rides where service was fully delivered as booked

  • Rides where the client chose to end the trip early

  • Bookings affected by client-provided incorrect pickup information

  • Delays or missed pickups caused by client error, incorrect flight information, or failure to communicate

Refund Processing: All approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days back to the original payment method. RAM Executive does not issue cash refunds under any circumstances.

Chargeback Policy

RAM Executive maintains a firm and legally enforceable position on all chargeback disputes. Please read this section carefully before completing your booking.

Once a ride has been fully delivered as booked, no chargeback will be honored under any circumstances.

By booking with RAM Executive you explicitly agree that:

  • Initiating a chargeback for a completed and delivered service constitutes fraudulent dispute activity

  • RAM Executive will contest every chargeback filed against a completed ride with full documentation including booking confirmation, driver dispatch records, GPS trip data, pickup and drop-off timestamps, and all client communications

  • Any client who files a fraudulent chargeback will be permanently banned from all RAM Executive services

  • RAM Executive reserves the right to pursue the full outstanding amount plus applicable fees through collections and legal action where necessary

  • Chargeback disputes filed against valid completed bookings will be reported to the relevant card networks as friendly fraud

We take chargeback fraud seriously. Our operations depend on fair transactions, and we have systems in place to document and defend every single ride we complete.

Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any dispute with your bank or card provider, we strongly encourage you to contact RAM Executive directly. The vast majority of billing concerns are resolved quickly and professionally when clients reach out to us first.

We are committed to resolving legitimate concerns fairly and promptly. However, chargebacks filed without prior contact with our team will be contested in full without exception.

Agreement to These Terms

By completing a booking with RAM Executive through any channel — including but not limited to our website booking form, phone reservation, email confirmation, or third-party platform — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation, Refund, and Chargeback Policy in its entirety. This policy constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and ATC Dispatching LLC.

Policy Updates

RAM Executive reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The most current version of this policy will always be available at ramexecutive.com. Continued use of our services following any policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
